Stay Inspired To Succeed

I don’t know about you, but I enjoy watching the professional updates of my colleagues in my LinkedIn feed. I most enjoy the new position promotion updates. I view the updates as confirmation that they confidently chose to remain inspired to succeed in advancing to their next professional adventure that is going to bestow them increased finances, experience, or status that they were seeking. They felt their desired success was worthy of their effort, time, and dedication to satisfy and fulfill their passionate curiosity of confirming their abilities to themselves. Do you remember a career accomplishment that was inspired by your sheer will to succeed?

No matter the sentiments and circumstances that motivated you to accomplish greatness. I hope that when it’s all said and done that you count it all joy. That you ran a good race; a race that reiterates your professional growth, respect from your peers and your advancement as a subject matter expert. For others, they transitioned through the personal fight that was like a maze, which taught them to cease fighting themselves for their dreams. They accepted the constructive feedback and shifted their mindsets. In some way or another the journey has made them a better professional that is winning with a perspective that has been refined and broadened.

Did you know that the U.S. Department of Labor defines Labor Day, the first Monday in September, as a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers? It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. This holiday weekend I hope that you choose to celebrate your professional wins and lessons that have made you stronger, wiser, and most of all career confident. Confident in the professional that you choose and aim to be and the skills and outcomes that you contribute to your work environment and industry as a whole.

I wish you a safe and fun holiday weekend. Enjoy!
